• Precision: Edge geometry is critical to both performance and durability, and it's a careful compromise between the two. Our precision equipment lets us fine-tune the edge and get the most out of every blade. We can then repeat that result — every time.
• Performance: When it comes to sharpness, we're borderline obsessive. We can make most knives sharper than they left the factory – often much sharper – and that includes premium brands. If your benchmark is a new Wüsthof or Henckels, prepare to be spoiled.
• Longevity: We sharpen using ultra-low-speed, water-cooled machines and a range of advanced diamond and CBN abrasives. We prefer this method not only for the beautiful edge it produces, but because it's gentle on your blades. Water-cooling means there's no risk of damaging a blade through overheating. By taking our time on a low-speed machine, we leave more steel on the blade – helping it last a lifetime.
• Satisfaction Guaranteed: We stand behind our work. If you're not happy, let us know within seven days and we'll do it again – no charge.†

Item must be presented to us in substantially the same condition in which it was returned to you, or standard pricing will apply.
